This little shop is more than a collection of prints — it’s a reflection of a woman whose hands, heart, and home overflowed with love.

Yong Ae An was many things: a devoted wife, a beloved mother and grandmother, a gifted cook, an entrepreneur, a joyful gardener, a faithful friend — and later in life, an unexpected artist. Born in South Korea in 1952 and later planting roots in California, she lived a life full of gratitude, grace, and quiet strength. She believed deeply that she was a cherished daughter of God — and that truth shaped everything she did.

 

Her journey with calligraphy began as a personal way to worship and reflect — gently lettering Scripture and words of encouragement that had carried her through life’s highs and lows. What started at her kitchen table grew into something more: a ministry of beauty. With every stroke, she poured in warmth, reverence, and the hope she wanted others to feel.

Even in her final days, Yong Ae was singing hymns, tending her garden, and covering her loved ones in prayer. Though she passed away peacefully in July 2024, just before her 72nd birthday, her spirit lives on through the artwork she created and the love she so freely gave.
